What happens after the trial?
After your 7-day trial, choose a plan that fits your needs. Your plan features and usage allowances begin with your first billing cycle. On Starter, phone and SMS are pay as you go. If you do not subscribe, your AI employees pause without charges or data loss.
Is phone included in the Starter plan?
Starter includes no phone minutes or text messages. You can still use both and pay only for what you use, from a prepaid balance: $0.20 per minute and $0.03 per message. Standard includes 200 voice minutes and 500 SMS per month, and Advanced includes 600 and 2,000.
What happens if I exceed my voice or SMS limits?
Calls and texts beyond what your plan includes are paid from a prepaid balance: $0.20 per minute and $0.03 per message. You add to the balance in the app and it never expires. If it runs out, calls and texts beyond your plan pause until you top it up. Everything else your AI employees do is included in your plan.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrade for additional AI employees and plan features, or choose a smaller plan. Manage your plan changes from the subscription page in Wamino.
